Who we are

YouConnext builds software that puts role-based apps in front of the people who do the work, with NetSuite remaining the customer's system of record. This policy covers two things: this website (youconnext.com) and, at a high level, the YouConnext platform. For platform customers, the agreement we sign with you governs in detail and prevails over this page.

What this website collects

Almost nothing. This site is a static page: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no advertising trackers, embeds no social pixels, and builds no profile of you. Fonts and all assets are served from our own deployment, so your browser makes no third-party requests when you read it.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard, short-lived server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL — for security and operations, as every host does. We do not use them to identify visitors.

If you email us, we receive what you send: your address and your words. We use them to reply and to follow up about what you asked. We do not sell or rent them, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Platform data, for customers

When a company runs YouConnext, their business records continue to live in their own NetSuite account, which they control. The platform keeps its working data — users, jobs, scans, photos, signatures, audit history — in Postgres with row-level security per customer, encrypted in transit and at rest, with an append-only audit log. Our infrastructure subprocessors are Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and storage). Our Security page describes the controls in detail.

Customer data is processed only to provide the service, is never used for advertising, and is never sold. For healthcare customers, we sign business associate agreements before any protected health information is processed. When a customer leaves, their platform data is exportable on request and deleted on a documented schedule.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: hello@youconnext.com. Since this site collects nearly nothing, for most visitors the honest answer will be "we hold nothing." If you are an employee of a platform customer, your employer controls that data; we will route your request to them and help them honor it.

Children

This site and the platform are built for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. If a change is material for platform customers, we tell them directly.
