youconnext.com is an informational website describing the YouConnext platform. Using it means you accept these terms. Use of the platform itself is governed by the written agreement each customer signs with us, which prevails over this page.

What is ours

The content on this site — text, design, the YouConnext name and wordmark, and the Connext platform names — belongs to us. You may read, link to, and quote this site with attribution; you may not pass its content off as your own or use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement.

What is not ours

NetSuite is a registered trademark of Oracle and/or its affiliates. YouConnext is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oracle NetSuite. Other names mentioned on this site belong to their owners.

Accuracy, plainly

We work hard to keep this site truthful, including being explicit about what is proven in production versus in development. Still, the site is provided "as is," for information: it is not a contractual offer, a warranty, or professional advice, and figures and timelines on it describe targets and measured results at the time of writing. The commitments we stand behind contractually are the ones in a signed agreement.

This site links to the Connext platform sites and occasionally to third parties. We are responsible for our sites, not theirs.
